A decade of dreaming big

Join us for the 10th Annual Nevada Youth Homelessness Summit as we mark a decade of the Movement to End Youth Homelessness in Nevada!

Ten years of dreaming big about ending youth homelessness has led to significant progress. Together, we introduced the first-ever Southern Nevada Plan to End Youth Homelessness; drafted and advocated for legislation that was introduced to state lawmakers and ultimately signed into law; supported systems transformations; helped bring millions of new dollars to Nevada to address youth homelessness; established Youth Action Boards across the state; and so much more.

While this milestone gives us an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come, our work is far from over. There is still much to accomplish to ensure that every young person in Nevada has a safe and stable place to call home. Ending youth homelessness is an ambitious goal, and it's one we are committed to.

At the 2026 Nevada Youth Homelessness Summit, our 10th annual gathering, we will celebrate the progress made over the past year, share exciting updates and accomplishments, and continue partnering with young leaders to develop innovative solutions that uplift young people across Nevada. Together, we will advance the goals of Nevada's first-ever statewide Plan to End Youth Homelessness and strengthen the systems that support our youth.

Here's to the next 10 years of dreaming BIG and boldly, working collaboratively, and creating lasting change to end youth homelessness in Nevada. We look forward to seeing you at the Summit this November!

Our Statewide Approach

In order to make systemic change, we knew we could no longer focus our work on Southern Nevada alone — we needed to go statewide to create real, lasting change! In 2023, we decided to take the Summit statewide and hosted the first-ever Nevada Youth Homelessness Summit, which was critical in laying the foundation for statewide solutions.

Why statewide
01

The scope of the youth homelessness crisis is statewide. Going statewide continues powering the Movement to End Youth Homelessness in the entire state of Nevada.

02

The Movement's state-level policy work, such as passing Nevada state laws, requires collaboration across the state — our policy work is more responsive, more likely to come to fruition, and more successfully implemented when we align across the state.

03

There are incredible organizations working throughout the state, and we must join forces to bring more ideas and solutions to the table — because youth homelessness is bigger than any one sector and any one region.

04

As part of this growth, we are bringing new partners on board to create a statewide response to youth homelessness, culminating in the Movement's Nevada Plan to End Youth Homelessness — slated to launch in 2026.
